• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 31 days or more in advance, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations must be received 15 to 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for a full refund minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the entire reserved stay. Cancellations made 14 days or less of scheduled arrival date are subject to no refund. All cancelation fees are subject to the 14.5% DC hotel tax.
