• Payment: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. Cash and traveler's checks also accepted for payment.
• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 9:45 PM Monday through Friday and 3:00 PM and 8:45 PM Saturday and Sunday. In case of emergency; a late Check-in until 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and 10:00 PM Saturday and Sunday can be arranged for a $35.00 fee. We are sorry, but there are no check-ins after the stated late check-in hours.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM. You may arrange a late check-out, until noon only, for a fee of $35. We will be glad to hold your luggage for you until 8:00 PM the day of your departure.
• Front Desk Hours: 7:30 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday. The front desk closes at 2:00 PM on all major holidays.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid penalty. There will be a 2-night charge for late cancellation of the entire reservation unless we are able to reserve the room. If we are able to rebook your room, we will issue a refund on your credit card for the nights we are able to rebook minus a $35.00 reservation fee,
• Restrictions: No pets. Non-smoking property. Unable to accommodate young children.
• Breakfast: Continental-plus breakfast.
• Recreation & Activities: Site-seeing, shopping, jogging, bicycle rental and trails, and dining.
• Attractions & Special Events: Near Woodley Park/Zoo-Adams Morgan Metro station. Live music, Capitol Hill, theater, museums, historical interests, art galleries, Smithsonian Museums, National Zoo, National Mall, and Georgetown.
• Directions: Airport Transportation: Ground transportation to Reagan National, Dulles International Airport, and Baltimore-Washington International (BWI) is available across the street at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel. Ground transportation from each of these airports will deliver you to our front door. Just tell the driver we are across the street from the Marriott Wardman Park! The Guest House is also convenient to Reagan National by Metro.
• From the West (Dulles Airport): Take Dulles Toll Road to I-66 East to Washington. Cross over the Theodore Roosevelt Bridge. Exit off Constitution Avenue. Continue on Constitution Avenue for 6 blocks and make a left turn onto 17th Street. 17th Street will change to Connecticut Avenue. Continue on Connecticut Avenue for 1 mile. Cross over the William Taft Bridge. Make a left turn at the 3rd light after the bridge onto Woodley Road. The Guest House is the first house (red brick with white porch column) on the right.
