• Rates: $180.00 to $260.00 per night plus tax. Rates are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year (except two weeks during Christmas holidays).

• Minimum stay: is 2 nights. A 1-night reservation may be possible depending on availability.

• Payment: Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard Discover, and American Express. Cash and Traveler’s Checks are also accepted forms of payment.
• Check-in: 3:00 PM to 9:45 PM Monday through Friday, and 3:00 PM to 8:45 PM Saturday and Sunday. You are welcome to check in earlier if your room is ready. If your room is not ready, we will be glad to hold your luggage for you. Late Check-In: In case of a travel emergency, a late check-in is available until 11:00 PM Monday through Friday and until 10 PM on Saturday and Sunday for a fee of $35.00. Late check-ins must be arranged in advance. We are sorry, but there are no check-ins after the stated hours.
• Check-out: 11:00 a.m. You may arrange a late check-out until 12:30 pm only for a fee of $35.00. We will be glad to hold your luggage until 8:00 pm on your day of departure. The Front Desk is open from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. The Front Desk closes at noon on all major holidays.
• Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation is required 10 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Cancellation of your entire reservation or any part of your reservation less than 10 day prior will result in a charge to your credit card for all the nights you cancel. If we are able to rebook your room, we will issue a refund on your credit card for the nights we are able to rebook minus a $35.00 reservation fee.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets. No young children.
• Breakfast: Continental-plus breakfast. Evening refreshment for wine and light snacks between 5:30 - 7:00 pm
• Recreation & Activities: Tours. See the Smithsonian, Congress, White House tours, museums, and monuments.
• Attractions & Special Events: Dupont Circle, Sheridan-Kalorama/Embassy Row, Georgetown, Convention Hotels and Venues, museums, art galleries, and embassies.
• Directions: Start out going east on E. Street N.W. toward Ellipse Rd. N.W. Turn left onto 15th Street N.W. Turn left onto US-29 / K Street N.W. Turn right onto K Street N.W. Turn left to stay on K Street. Turn right onto Connecticut Ave. N.W. Turn slight left to stay on Connecticut Ave. Turn slight right onto 20th Street N.W. Turn left onto R Street NW. End at 2224 R Street.
