Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon dry yeast

1 cup oatmeal

3 cups bread flour

1 Tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 Tablespoon soft butter

12-1/2 ounces hot water

1 cup raisins

2 to 4 Tablespoons cinnamon

In an automatic bread machine, add yeast, oatmeal, bread flour, sugar, salt, butter, and water (in the order given or follow the manufacturer's instructions for adding ingredients and baking). When there are 3 minutes left in the second kneading process, add the raisins. When the kneading cycle completes, remove the dough from the machine. On a floured surface, shape the bread by hand into a circle and cover with cinnamon to taste, roll the dough to about 1/2 inch, and then fold it. Place bread dough back in the machine so that the folded end is down and continue the baking process.
