Ingredients

4 eggs, separated

One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1-1/2 cup of fresh lime juice

One 9-inch graham cracker crust

1/2 cup sugar

Combine egg yolks and milk in medium bowl. Fold in lime juice. Pour into crust and refrigerate for at least one hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff and glossy. Spread over top of pie, sealing edges. Bake until meringue is golden, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
