• Accommodations: 12 authentic log cabins with modern amenities from studios to 4 bedroom / 2 bath log homes with either king, queen and twin beds, wood-burning stoves and full bathrooms. You can rent the Whole Town for up to 42 people.

• Minimum stay 3 nights required during peak periods, weekends and holidays.

• Check-in: Arrival time is from 4:00 pm Check-out: by 11:00 am
• Payment: A 50% deposit of your entire stay is required to secure all reservations and will be taken at time of booking.
• Cancellation Policy: There is no penalty for cancellations made more than 45 days prior to schedule arrival date. However, cancellations made 45 days or less will forfeit 100% of the total stay. If you shorten your stay or wish to change dates within 45 days of arrival you will be responsible for the total stay amount of the original reservation.
• Restrictions: Dunton Hot Springs is a smoke free environment. Respectively, smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. All children 12 & under staying in parents cabin pay 1/2 price! Pets are welcome in Dunton Store and New House cabins, for a $30.00 pet fee per day.
• Meals: Menus are set daily and designed around guest dietary needs and availability of ingredients. Meal periods are as follows;
  Hot Breakfast is served in the main saloon between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
  Lunch in the Saloon or on the Deck is served at 1:00 pm
  Winter Dinner: Cocktails in the bar beginning at 6:00 pm. Dinner seating 7:00 pm.
  Summer Dinner: Cocktails in the bar beginning at 7:00 pm. Dinner seating 8:00 pm
• Special Events at Inn: Luxuriating in the mineral-rich hot springs. Fly fishing packages, Heli ski packages, Romantic Getaways, Spa Vacation, Yoga Weekends, Mountaineering Adventures. Rent the Whole Town.
• Recreation & Activities: Heli-skiing, Snowshoeing, Cross-country Skiing, Back-country Skiing, Snowmobiling, Ice Skating, Ice Climbing, Pilates, Boxing for Fitness, Yoga and hot springs.

• Directions: A number of major airlines provide daily service to the region through Durango, Telluride, Cortez and Montrose.
