Ingredients
2 cups baby carrots
1/4 cup sugar
2-1/2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
4 Tablespoons butter

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Boil carrots in salted water until crisp and tender. Drain. In saucepan, mix sugar, lemon juice and butter and heat to boiling. Boil 2-3 minutes or until thickened. Stir in carrots. Coat well. Serve warm.

Serves: 4 - 8
