• Payment: Deposit is $800.00 per person, payable with personal check. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days in anticipation of your deposit. Balance due upon departure, payable with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. the following Sunday.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome. Maximum rider weight for altitude and horses is 250 pounds.
• Meals: Three full meals per day included in rates.

The charge is $350.00 round trip per family group of 5 or less. Pick-up is at 12:30 p.m. and return by 11:30 a.m. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly.
