- Accommodations: 1 suite in the main lodge, 6 cabins, and 3 guestrooms in Pioneer Lodge, each with private bath.
- Open: May through September.
- Rates: Rates are per person, per week and are based upon
minimum double occupancy; add 10% for single occupancy. Rates
include daily housekeeping, 3 hearty meals per day, and horseback
riding plus other ranch activities (overnight camp trip is included
in peak season and is $50.00 per person during off season).
Non-rider discount: $200.00 per adult and $100.00 per child. Rates
do not include sales and lodging tax, airport service, and gratuity
(optional) and are subject to change without notice.

Fun for all ages!
- Payment: Deposit is $500.00 per person, payable with personal check. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days in anticipation of your deposit. Balance due upon departure, payable with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
- Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. the following Sunday.
- Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome. Maximum rider weight for altitude and horses is 250 pounds.
- Meals: Three full meals per day included in rates.
- Recommended Favorite Recipes for a 'Down Home Cookin' Menu: Pizza Dip,... Sherry's Barbeque Brisket, ... Cattle King Potatoes, ... Lemon Carrots, ... Butter Crescent Rolls, and Neapolitan Cheesecake.
- Special Events at Ranch: Family reunions (specials during weeks of May 25 and August 24), 4th of July Fun and Rodeo Weekend, and Adult-Only Week (August 31 and September 7).
- Ranch Programs: Horseback riding (instruction and trail rides), overnight camp trips, vehicle trips to Aspen, hay rides, square dances, campfires, kids' program and rodeo, cowboy poetry, and musical entertainment.
- Recreation & Activities: Included in rates: personal horse with trail guides and instruction, whitewater raft trip, overnight camp trip (included in peak season only), scenic vehicle trip to Aspen, trap shooting, riflery, archery, stocked fishing ponds, hayride, square dance, campfire, and kids' rodeo. Also hiking and exploring, archery, horseshoes, volleyball, softball, mountain biking, cowboy poetry, musical entertainment, basketball court, tetherball, badminton, checkers, chess, backgammon, and Frisbee. Nearby: fly fishing (equipment available at ranch) and golf course.
- Attractions & Special Events: Arkansas River, Rocky Mountains, Aspen, Independence Pass, Continental Divide, Mt. Elbert, and streams and high mountain lakes. Whitewater capital of Colorado and largest collection of peaks over 14,000 feet in lower 48 states.
- Recommended Local Restaurants: Jan's and K's Dairy Delight.
- Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: St. Elmo ghost town.
- Airport/Transportation Service: As a convenience to our guests who may not be driving or renting a car, we offer airport, Amtrak, or hotel pick-up and return to Colorado Springs or Denver each Sunday. The charge is $295.00 round trip per family group of 5 or less. Colorado Springs pick-up is at 1:30 p.m. and return by 10:30 a.m. each Sunday. Denver pick-up is at 12:30 p.m. and return by 11:30 a.m. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly.
