• Rates: Rates are per person, per week and are based upon minimum double occupancy; add 10% for single occupancy. Rates include daily housekeeping, 3 hearty meals per day, and horseback riding plus other ranch activities (overnight camp trip is included in peak season and is $100.00 per person during off season). • Payment: Deposit is $600.00 per person, payable with personal check. Telephone reservations will be held for 7 days in anticipation of your deposit. Balance due upon departure, payable with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 60 prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a 10% administration fee.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Sunday. Check-out: 10:00 a.m. the following Sunday.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome. Maximum rider weight for altitude and horses is 250 pounds.
• Meals: Three full meals per day included in rates.

• Ranch Programs: Horseback riding (instruction and trail rides), overnight camp trips, vehicle trips to Aspen, hay rides, square dances, campfires, kids' program and rodeo, cowboy poetry, and musical entertainment.

• Airport/Transportation Service: As a convenience to our guests who may not be driving or renting a car, we offer airport, Amtrak, or hotel pick-up and return to Denver each Sunday. The charge is $310.00 round trip per family group of 5 or less. Pick-up is at 12:30 p.m. and return by 11:30 a.m. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly.
