• Payment: Outside 31 days, 1 night's room rate plus tax by credit card serves as a non-refundable deposit. Final payment is due by check 31 days prior to arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation is received within 31 days of scheduled arrival date, refunds are made only for those nights rebooked.

• Directions: From Denver, take I-70 West. Take the Breckenridge/Frisco exit, heading south on Highway 9 for 10 miles. Highway 9 will turn into Main Street when you enter Breckenridge. The inn will come up on the right side of the road, past French Street. Turn right into the second driveway for parking on the left-hand side.
