Accommodations: 5 guest accommodations, 2 with private bath. Our bedrooms provide peace and quiet, uninterrupted by TV or phones. Robes and toiletries are provided. A family telephone (free local & USA long distance, fax machine, and wireless internet guest computer are available. We have wireless internet available throughout the house for your personal laptop. Rates: $55.00 to $80.00 per night. Rates are subject to change without notice. • Payment: Deposit is 1 night's stay. Personal check, cash, traveler's check, money order accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date. A cancellation fee of $15.00/room/night is charged if the reservation is cancelled before 24 hours of 4:00 PM arrival time. Full payment is due for cancellation if less than the last 24 hours unless we can rebook the room. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
• Restrictions: No smoking, no house pets. Children welcome. Horses welcome. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
• Breakfast: Full and continental breakfasts. Lunch and dinner available by prior arrangement.
• Special Events at Inn: Scapbooking, family reunions, call about special events and occasions. We have a small Gift Shop for postcards, stamps, Recipe Roundup, etc.
• Recreation & Activities: Bring your horse, riding trails and pasture, ranching, hiking, tetherball, swings, basketball hop, ping-pong, billiards, treadmill, exercise bike, and games. Golf, fishing, and hiking.
• Attractions & Special Events: Limon Heritage Museum & Railroad Park, Tamarack Golf Club, Limon Municipal Swimming Pool, Doug Kissel Fishing Pond, Limon Wetlands, Limon Western Festival Prairie Ride and Parade, Colorado Championship Ranch Rodeo, Limon, Heritage Days, Hub City Classic Car Show and Parade.

• Directions: Denver International Airport is 80 miles, Colorado Springs is 80 miles. Craig Ranch is just 3 miles from the interstate highway.
  Traveling Northwest on 40/287: Approximately 13 miles from Hugo, CO turn left on County Road 23 (before the I-70 overpass), at the "T" turn left, go past the first brick house with a white fence and then turn right, go to the brown brick house on the hill.
  Traveling north or south on Hwy 71: At Limon, CO turn east on 40/287, after the second I-70 underpass go approximately 1/3 mile and turn right on County Road 23, at the "T" turn left, go past the first brick house with a white fence and then turn right, go to the brown brick house on the hill. Traveling East on Hwy 24 from Colorado Springs: At Limon, CO take I-70 east, then follow the "Traveling on I-70" directions. To go through Limon follow the "Traveling on Hwy 71" directions.
  Traveling on I-70: Take EXIT 363, go southeast on 40/287, go approximately 1/3 mile and turn right on County Road 23, at the "T" turn left, go past the first brick house with a white fence and then turn right, go to the brown brick house on the hill.
