• Payment: Deposit is 30% of stay. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit. Group Cancellation Policy (3 or more cabins) is 90 days prior to the first day of the reservation to receive your deposit back in full. Should any circumstance dictate the necessity to cancel with less than 30 (or 90 for groups) days' notice or a situation arise whereby guests would have late arrivals or early departures, a penalty in the amount of the deposit will be charged. Deposits will apply to any unsold or unused portion of the reservation. However, Harmel's will make every effort to sell the reserved space and refund deposits, less a 10% handling fee.
