• Payment: We require a deposit of 20% for dude ranch and bed/breakfast reservations and 50% for family reunions or other larger groups. Visa, MasterCard, personal and travelers checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, your deposit can be refunded (less 10% handling fee) if your space is rebooked, otherwise it may be applied to a later stay.
• Restrictions: Pets welcome with prior arrangement; please call the ranch to discuss how your pet will fit in the the horses, donkey, goats, sheep, rabbits, chickens, dogs, and cats. No smoking. BYOB. Children welcome. To ride in the National Forest, children must be able to safely control their horse on the trail, as determined by the wrangler.

• Special Events at Ranch: Family reunions, weddings, conferences, seminars, and business and church retreats. Recreation building for groups up to 30 people. Winter: small business retreats and seminars as well as Bed and Breakfast. You may reserve the entire ranch for your gathering exclusively.
• Recreation & Activities: Horseback riding, hiking, fishing, off-road jeep tours, and whitewater rafting. Fun lake fishing (trout) only 10 minutes away. Excellent river fishing (trout) only 20 minutes away.
• Ranch for Children: children may opt to participate in ranch activities with their family or join in with the counselor/wranglers for their own special activities. Gather eggs from the hen house, play with the ever-present kittens or goats, sing-alongs, picnics, treasure hunts, movies, games, fishing, and crafts. One evening, young folks will enjoy stories around the campfire with their own camp-out in a teepee. Meanwhile, adults can catch their breath with a quiet, candlelight diner at the lodge, a great mid-week break for everyone.

• Directions: Located on scenic Red Feather Lake Road. 35 miles from Fort Collins, 17 miles west of U.S. 287 and 30 miles north of Rocky Mountain National Park. Denver International Airport is less than 100 miles away. I-80, I-76 easily accessed via I-25 and U.S. 287.
  From Denver: Take I-25 north to Highway 14, turn left to Ft. Collins. Go right (north) on US. 287 to Red Feather Lakes Road. Turn left.
