• Payment: Credit card guarantees accepted for reservations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival; otherwise, a 1-night or 50% deposit, whichever is greater, is required for confirmation. All major credit cards are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation or change in reservation must be received at least 72 hours prior to 6:00 p.m. on each date you have reserved to avoid charge. Otherwise, you will be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold. When cancelling a group reservation of 3 or more rooms, 14 to 30 days' notice may be required for full refund.
• Restrictions: Children over 12 are welcome. No smoking. No pets (except guide dogs).
• Breakfast: A full breakfast is served from 7:15 until 9:15 a.m.
• Special Events at Inn: Small weddings, large receptions (up to 100), and small meeting rooms (up to 15 people).
• Evening beverages: Colorado wine and spiced apple cider, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
