• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will receive a refund minus a $25.00 processing fee per unit booked. The full deposit is NON refundable if the reservation is cancelled in less than 30 days of scheduled arrival date. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure dates.
• Restrictions: Pets allowed in certain cabins for an additional $5.00 per pet / per night. Please read the Pet Policy.
• Meals: Full breakfast buffet served each morning for cabin guests. Meal packages available.
• Special Ranch Activities: Cowboy school, calvary training, Cowboy U Adventure, Weddings, Corporate rodeos, retreats and events, reunions and group events.
• Recreation and Activities: horseback riding, hunting, fishing, packtrips, cattle drives, hay / carriage / sleigh rides, shooting range, chuck wagon dinner, various nightly events from memorial day to labor day including ice cream socials, arena games, poker night, potlucks and more.
• Directions: From Colorado Springs: Take US 24 (W. Cimarron) West toward Pikes Peak (approximately 42 miles from downtown Colorado Springs…about 1 hour travel time), Go through Woodland Park, Continue through Divide, Continue through Florissant, Continue through Lake George, After passing the Lake George school (on left) note your mileage, The road to the ranch is 5 miles past the school on the right, There is a sign for Mule Creek Outfitters and the M Lazy C Ranch, Take a right onto our road, The road is dirt, but easily traveled by large RV’s and horse trailers, The ranch is 3/4 of a mile North on this dirt road, Please be careful for wildlife on your trip. Deer and Elk are common, especially during dusk and dawn.
