• Accommodations: 5 cottages and one 2-bedroom, 2-bath house, each with spacious private bath, living room, and kitchen; 5 have fireplaces and 2 have soaking tubs. One cottage is handicap-accessible.
• Rates: Rates are per day, are based on double occupancy, and are subject to change without notice. Horse boarding: $15.00 per night.

• Payment: Deposit is 50% of stay. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.
• Check-in: between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. Please call if you need to make other arrangements.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking. Children welcome in Adobe Cottage and Ranch House.
• Breakfast: Continental in cottage.
• Languages Spoken: Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small conferences and reunions.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf (2 area courses), hiking, fishing, and biking. In-room massage available.
• Attractions & Special Events: Yosemite National Park and Bass Lake.

• Directions: Road 600 is 22 miles from Mariposa and 4.5 miles from Oakhurst. Road 600 does not have a stop sign or light but is well marked. The Homestead is 2.5 miles down Road 600 on the right. You can't miss the sign!
