• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 fee.
• Check-In: 2:30 p.m. Check-Out: 11:00 a.m. for B&B rooms. 10:00 a.m. for condo.
• Restrictions: No smoking. No pets.
• Breakfast: Expanded Continental Breakfast. Breakfast is not included in the condo rental.

• Directions: From Airport: Take Harbor Drive West to Nimitz, to Lowell and follow the double yellow line to Narragansett Ave. Go West to last block. B&B is 1/2 block past Bacon St. on the right hand side. It's a 2 story teal green house with a white picket fence.
  From the East: Take Interstate 8 West to the end of the freeway. Turn left onto Sunset Cliffs Blvd. Continue for a mile to the intersection of Narragansett Ave. (5th stop light). Turn right (west) and go 2 1/2 blocks. B&B is 1/2 block past Bacon St on the right hand side. The house is a 2 story teal green with a white picket fence.
  From the North: Take interstate -5 South to the Sea World Drive exit. Take Sea World Drive until it splits into Sunset Cliffs Blvd. Take Sunset Cliffs Blvd. 1 mile to the intersection of Narragansett Ave. (5th stop light). Turn right (west) B&B is 2-1/2 blocks away, 1/2 block past Bacon St. on the right hand side. It is a teal green 2 story house with a white picket fence.
