The Cottage

• Accommodations: 1 one-bedroom cottage, with private bath, a kitchen and living area.
• Rates: $125.00 to $149.00. Rates are per night for 1 to 2 people, do not include city tax, and are subject to change without notice.
• Open: All year.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit refund, less a cancellation fee of $10.00.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
• Recreation & Activities: Shopping, dining, and sight-seeing.
• Attractions & Special Events: San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Yacht Harbor, Balboa Park, wonderful restaurants and downtown area, great neighborhoods, and shopping. Many water sports from swimming, to surfing, to boating.
• Directions: From the Airport: Follow the "Downtown" exit signs to Harbor Drive. Follow Harbor Drive toward downtown, staying in the left lane. Turn left on Laurel Street toward Balboa Park. Follow Laurel Street up the hill and turn left on First Avenue. Follow First Avenue for about a mile and turn left on Robinson. Go two blocks and take a right onto Albatross Street.
  From Interstate 5: Take Washington Street exit from I-5. Follow Washington to First Avenue. Turn right onto First Avenue and go two blocks to Robinson. Turn right on to Robinson and go two blocks to Albatross Street. Turn right onto Albatross Street.
  From I-15 or State 163: Take 163 south toward downtown. You will cross under I-8. Take University Avenue exit, which turns into Sixth Avenue. At the second light, take a right on to Robinson. Go six blocks and take a right onto Albatross Street.
