Ingredients
4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
One 14-ounce package caramels
1/3 cup heavy cream
2 cups nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Microwave chocolate and butter until melted and blended. Stir in sugar, eggs, and flour. Mix well. Spread half of batter in greased, foil-lined 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until firm to touch.

Microwave and whisk together caramels, cream, and 1 cup of nuts. Spread over brownies in pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over caramel topping. Pour remaining batter over caramel and chips. Top with remaining nuts. Bake 30 minutes more, and serve. Enjoy!
