• Accommodations: 6 rooms (2 with private bath and 4 with shared bath). 2 spacious garden studio apartments with private baths and kitchenettes and one two-bedroom apartment with living room, dining area and full kitchen. Also one 1-bedroom cottage with kitchen.
• Rates: $99.00 to $199.00. Weekly rates available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date, else 1 night's rate will be charged. $50.00 cancellation fee. One night's rate charged in the event of early departure.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking in designated area.
• Breakfast: Continental-plus fresh fruit.
• Languages spoken: Spanish and English.
• Special Events at Inn: Small (less than 15 people) group events accommodated.
• Recreation & Activities: Pool. Tennis and golf 1/2 mile away.

• Directions: Take I-5 south to "Pershing" exit. Follow Pershing around golf course. At top of hill, turn right on Redwood. Stay on Redwood to one block past the light. Turn left onto Grim Avenue. Look for picket fence and large American flag.
