• Accommodations: 8 guest suites, each fireplace and ensuite bathroom. Six feature a large soaking tub or 2-person tub with separate shower. Two Cottages have queen-sized beds, Jacuzzi tubs, CD players, and TV/VCR. The Carriage House has a 2-sided fireplace, two-person Jacuzzi, TV/VCR, coffee maker, and private entrance.
• Rates: $175.00 to $425.00 per night plus tax depending on season and number of nights. Rate are based on single/double occupancy. Extra person charge is $50.00 per night, plus tax. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates include Include a full, three course gourmet breakfast each morning; evening wine and hors d'oeuvres and a courtesy 24-hour "mini-bar".

• Check-in: between 3:00 and 6:30 pm. (Please let us know if you will need to arrive later and we will make arrangements for you.) Check-out: 11:00 am.
• Payment: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diner's Club) will be charged 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, unless other arrangements have been made at the time of reservation. If paying by check, the full amount of the stay must be received no less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund minus $20.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less 9:45 am than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Early departures are responsible for the full reservation.
• Restrictions: No smoking and no pets. The Inn is designed for adults seeking an intimate and tranquil atmosphere and, therefore, is not particularly suitable for children.
• Breakfast: Gourmet breakfast is served at 9.00 am. If you are taking a balloon ride or have an early appointment and will not be able to join us for breakfast, please let us know the night before. We can provide you with a "to-go" bagged breakfast. Room service is available between 9:15 and 9:45 am for $15.00/day.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Belvedere Grits Souffle with Mushrooms, ... Mushroom Crust Quiche, ... Lynette's Baked French Toast, and Apple Sausage Quiche.

• Directions: 1801 First Inn Bed and Breakfast is conveniently located at the corner of Jefferson and First Streets in downtown Napa. From Highway 29, exit at Imola Avenue/Lake Berryessa exit. Turn right on Imola Avenue. Turn left at South Jefferson. Street. Go through 2 stop signs and 3 traffic lights. At the 3rd traffic light, turn left -- this is First Street. The 1801 Inn parking is the first driveway on the left.
