• Payment: Deposit of one night's stay required to hold reservation. Major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover) accepted. For reservations more than seven 7 nights, an advanced payment covering the entire stay is required at the time of reservation.
• Check-in: 3:00 pm (If checking in after 6:00 pm, guest must check in at the sister property Casa Ojai located at 1302 Ojai Avenue). Check-out: 11:00 am.
• Cancellation Policy: If cancellation notice is received at least 20 days prior to scheduled arrival date, advanced payment minus a $25.00 fee will be reimbursed. Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date or a fee equal to one night's stay will be charged.
• Restrictions: Smoking permitted in parking lot only. All rooms and property common areas are non-smoking. There is a $250 ozone fee for smoking in a unit.
