• Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel a reservation, cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a charge. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guests' actual arrival or departure date.
• Restrictions: Children over 14 welcome. No pets, please. Only 2 guests allowed in each room. No smoking inside Inn, only permitted outside.
