- Payment: A deposit of 50% by check or payment in full by
credit card is required to guarantee a reservation.
- Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be
received a minimum of 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for
non-holidays and a minimum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival
date on holidays. A $20.00 administrative fee is charged on all
cancellations.
- Check-In: 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Check-Out:11:00 am.
- Restrictions: Ask about children. No pets. Smoking
permitted on the patio.
- Breakfast: Full, candlelit breakfast.
- Recreation & Activities: Wandering through an
organic orange orchard and Wicky Ups beautiful gardens, golf,
fishing, swimming, boating, hiking, cross-country skiing,
snowshoeing and horseback riding.

Canyon National Parks, Sequoia Sight-seeing tours, Squaw Valley Herb
Garden, Sierra Endangered Cat Haven, Three Sisters Farmstead Cheese,
Sawtooth Golf Course, Lake Bravo Botanical Gardens, and Woodlake
Ranch Rodeo.

- Directions: From the junction of Highways 99 & 198:
Exit east to Visalia. Follow 198 east through Visalia, past the
Exeter exit, flashing lights, past the Woodlake exit, flashing
lights, through Lemon Cove. After leaving Lemon Cove, you will see a
Texaco station on the left. Turn left (west); you are now on State
Highway 216, which will eventually be the same as Avenue 344.
Proceed 3.2 miles. You will find the ranch's blacktop driveway on
the right within a city block's distance after turning left (west)
at the 20 mph corner.
