Wander deserted
beaches and enjoy the ever-changing landscape of sea and
sky at Jenner Inn. This bed and breakfast inn on the
undiscovered Sonoma Coast is perfect for those who long
for California's premier wine country without the fuss.
Your host
invites you to share the adventure and romance of Jenner,
a quiet and protected village blessed with the warmest
weather on the North Coast, and a setting of exceptional
beauty and tranquility. Jenner Inn offers warm hospitality
and cozy bed and breakfast accommodations in a collection
of California and New England style cottages throughout
the village. Three large homes became suites with both
fireplaces and kitchenettes, plus several additional
private rooms. Four smaller cottages are individual
romantic, little hideaways. Lovingly and comfortably
decorated with antiques, wicker, house plants, and unique
touches, each has a distinct character and personality.
The Inn also offers private vacation rental homes with
spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, beach, and
river.
The heart of the
Inn is its lodge parlor, where guests drop in to enjoy
teas and aperitifs by the fire in the afternoons and
evenings. Nearby is the restaurant dining room, where
guests gather for a full breakfast daily.
The Jenner Inn
is a perfect place to make memories. Choose your own
setting: a hidden woodsy retreat? Perching on the water's
edge? A panoramic vista of ocean meeting river? And choose
an ambiance: informal country Victorian, rustic and
whimsical, or comfortable contemporary. On your next
romantic occasion, the Jenner Inn has something special
for you! |

Jenner is a refuge
for coastal wildlife. Bring or rent your kayak, canoe, or
small sailboat. A free boat launch into the Russian River's
estuary lets you glide gently out into the water for a
close-up view of the harbor seals, river otters, and hundreds
of varieties of marine birds. The Inn is also surrounded by
thousands of acres of beaches and state parks.
Jenner creates an
ideal "home base" for exploring so many places. The
fishing port of Bodega Bay is just twenty minutes south and
historic Fort Ross is twenty minutes north. The Point Reyes
National Seashore and famous village of Mendocino are easy day
trips. Sonoma County has a fabulous network of beautiful
country back roads, and you can spend days and days wandering
around, enjoying the ride, visiting farms, nurseries, art
galleries, antique and craft shops in picturesque villages,
and, of course, the many world-class wineries. |
