• Payment: Deposit of 50% of your total stay is required to secure your reservation for multiple nights. For a single night stay, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. Calderwood accepts Visa and MasterCard.
• Cancellation Policy: For single room reservations, notice must be received at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. For group bookings of 2-3 rooms, notice required is 21 days. Cancellations of 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be responsible for the entire bill unless all rooms and all room nights are resold. If resold, a refund will be issued minus $20.00 per room per night. For group bookings of 4-5 rooms, notice required is 45 days, If you book all six rooms notice required is 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations with less notice than the periods stated above will forfeit the full deposit unless all room nights are rebooked. If we are able to rebook, your deposit will be refunded less a $20.00 per room, per night handling fee.
• Restrictions: We regret we cannot host pets. Children age 12 and older welcome. Smoking is permitted outside in designated areas only.
