Jan's Fruit Surprise with Crumble Topping

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups of either blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or any combination (fresh is best, but frozen combo berries are great!)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup pack brown sugar-adjust sugars to taste

pinch salt

1 to 2 Tablespoons butter

Corn starch to thicken juices

Directions: Clean, stem and rinse berries (dice strawberries). Blueberries need to cook for about five minutes in sugar. If you are adding additional berries, just add to hot blueberries and they will cook in the heated blueberries. Thicken juices with corn starch (dissolved in equal amount of water) to boiling berries.

Serve on pastry shell, top with Dannon vanilla yogurt, then add Crumble Topping.
