• Accommodations: Choose from cozy bed-and-breakfast cottages to fully outfitted log cabins and contemporary mountain homes. All are situated on the edge of Hope Valley, an incomparably scenic alpine setting ringed by aspens and criss-crossed by trout-filled rivers. All our lodgings are housekeeping cabins, with daily service available upon request. Guests have access to the resort's facilities, ranging from hammocks swinging under the trees, to a children's catch-and-release trout pond, to our excellent Country Café.
• Rates: Excepting holidays, weekend rates will apply in February, July, August and October. Prices shown to not include the 10% Alpine County visitor tax. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A valid credit card number is taken on all reservations at the time of booking. Deposits are accepted either by full credit card payment at the time of booking, or if time allows by sending a personal check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, (30 days are required for all holidays, special events and group reservations) for a refund minus a $25 service charge, per cabin booked. For some special events or groups booking more than 50% of the resort a 60-day cancellation period will be in effect. Shorter notice will result in the cabin rate being charged for the entire visit, if not fully re-rented. Cancellations due to weather and/or road closures or early departures are not refundable, unless rebooked.
• Restrictions: Pets restricted to 6 cabins. No smoking in all cabins.
• Breakfast: A full, complimentary breakfast is served to 3 Bed and Breakfast units. The Sorensen Country cafe is open for other cabins and other meals.
• Recommended Favorite Recipe: Classic Beef Burgundy Stew.
• Languages Spoken: English and some Spanish.
• Special Events: Weddings, receptions, and small conferences.
