• Accommodations: 6 guest rooms, 4 suites, and 1 cottage, each with king or queen size feather beds, and private bath. Some accommodations have spa tub, wood burning fireplaces or stoves. All accommodations have Free wireless High Speed Internet, luxury linens and towels, TV, and CD players. The cottage also has a fully equipped kitchen.
• Rates: Rates are from $155.00 - $265.00 for single/double occupancy per night. Each additional person is $25.00 per night. Rates do not include tax and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: reservation is secured when we receive one night's deposit prior to your arrival. The balance of the payment is due upon arrival.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation fee on all cancellations is $25.00. Early departure, or cancellation received less than 8 days prior to scheduled arrival date will be charged at the full rate for each night we are unable to rebook your room.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors. No pet allowed anywhere on the property. Children age 12 and older welcome.

Town of Fort Bragg, Skunk Train through the redwoods, Mendocino Coast Botanical Gardens, the only public garden in the continental United States fronting directly on the ocean. Play golf, go sea kayaking, canoe on the Big River, mountain bike the trails, scuba dive, or join one of the many bird and whale watching trips.

• Recommended Local Restaurants: Many fine and casual restaurants in Little River, Mendocino and Fort Bragg.
• Directions: From the South- From Highway 101 at Cloverdale, take Highway 128 West. Follow Highway 128W. west until it reaches the mouth of the Navarro River at the Pacific Ocean. It will take an 1 to 1-1/2 hours to get to the end of Highway 128W. at the ocean. Highway 128W. ends at the Navarro River Bridge where it disappears into Highway 1. Follow Highway 1 about 7 miles north to 7001 North Highway 1 — the Victorian Farmhouse.
  From the North- From Highway 101 at Leggett take Highway 1. There is only one turn off to take. Follow Highway 1 west and then south to Fort Bragg. It will take about 45 minutes to an hour to reach Fort Bragg. Continue south about 11 more miles (about 15 minutes) passing Mendocino to just below Little River and the Victorian Farmhouse.
  Another option- from Highway 101 From Willits take Highway 20 west to Fort Bragg. It will take about one hour to get to the end of Highway 20 at Highway 1. Turn left and take Highway 1 South about 15 minutes (11 miles) passing Mendocino to just below Little River and the Victorian Farmhouse.
  Flying into the Mendocino area: The Mendocino County Airport is in Little River (048, SFO Sectional). It has a mile long VFR runway. Please call the airport for current information at (707) 937-5129. Rental cars and public transportation are available there.
