• Accommodations: 34 total accommodations, each with private bath high speed internet access, phone, coffee maker, TV/DVD, cable and CD stereo; some have fireplaces and/or clawfoot, spa, or whirlpool tubs. One cottage handicapped accessible. The Barn studio has a kitchenette. Includes 2 vacation rentals: Oceansong (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) and Annie's Upper Cottage (1 bedroom), each with full kitchen and communal hot tub.

• Payment: Deposit is 1 day's fee. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date for deposit refund. If you cancel less than 7 days ahead, we will return your deposit if we can rent the room. A $25.00 processing fee applies to all cancellations.
• Restrictions: Pets are allowed in certain rooms (a $25.00 surcharge applies; beds, blankets, bowls, towels, and treats provided); please inquire. No smoking. Children welcome.
• Breakfast: Full sit-down breakfast served in formal dining room from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch/Dinner: Casual cafe and fine dining in on-site restaurant.
