• Payment: First night's payment as night deposit in advance with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, or personal check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit.
• Restrictions: Pets welcome with $20.00 per night fee. Children are welcome. Rooms are non-smoking.
• Breakfast: Expanded Continental breakfast served in each room. Everything is prepared in the Inn's kitchen.
• Recreation & Activities: The Inn is near tennis, horseback riding, sea kayaking, hiking, and whale watching (in season). Golf courses include Pebble Beach, Cypress Point, Spyglass. Spanish Bay and Poppy Hill. Monterey Bay Aquarium, Monterey Wharf, Pacific Grove, and Carmel Valley.
• Attractions & Special Events: Point Lobos State Park, Pebble Beach, San Francisco (2-1/2 hours North), and Hearst Castle (100 miles South).

• Location: Happy Landing Inn is on Monte Verde between 5th and 6th Street in the heart of the Village within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the Carmel Beach.
• Directions: Heading North or South on Highway 1. Turn onto Ocean Avenue down through the heart of the Village of Carmel. Head West on Ocean Avenue to Monte Verde and turn Right. Happy Landing is on the right approximately 1-1/2 blocks. There are a certain number of parking places in front just for the inn.
