Bed and Breakfast

• Accommodations: 3 rooms, each with private bath, deck or patio, fireplace, sitting area, morning kitchen, queen or king beds, and robes. 1 room is handicapped-accessible (ADA compatible). Wireless Internet access and iPod docking stations available.
• Rates: Rates are per night, based on double occupancy. Special packages available. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) is required to hold the room (50% deposit held when reserving 2 or more rooms). Personal checks and cash preferred upon arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date to allow us sufficient time to re-book room. Cancellations for reservations during holidays and special events required 30 days notice. Your credit card will only be charged if we are unable to re-book your room.
• Check-in: Between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No pets (cats, ranch dogs, and chickens on premises, none of which are allowed in the rooms). No smoking inside or out due to wooded location. Not suitable for children.
• Breakfast: Full breakfast.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf, wine tasting, bicycling, hiking, and antiquing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Pacific Ocean, Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo, wine festivals, Hearst Castle, MidState Fair, Morro Bay, and Cal Poly Performing Arts Center.
