Ingredients

1 cup sugar

2 Tablespoons flour

2 Tablespoons yellow cornmeal

2 Tablespoons lime zest

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup milk

1/4 cup lime juice

4 eggs

Combine sugar, flour, and cornmeal. Place in bowl with paddle; add zest, butter, milk, lime juice, and eggs. Beat until combined. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve chilled with whipped cream and powdered sugar.
