The Apple Lane Inn Bed and Breakfast is a restored, historic Victorian farmhouse and barn shaded by huge evergreens just minutes south of Santa Cruz in Monterey Bay area of California.

Originally built in the 1870's on three acres of fields and apple orchards, this bed and breakfast offers guests a tranquil, country atmosphere in on of the most beautiful coastal communities of California.

The Inn features three guest bedrooms with private baths and two suites with private baths and sitting rooms. Elegantly appointed and uniquely decorated with color schemes ranging from emerald green to peach to mauve to burgundy, various rooms feature special touches such as formal 1800's French furniture, double lace canopy beds, fainting couch, meadow views, Spanish four poster queen bed, antiques, redwood wainscotting, pressed tin ceiling and stained glass windows. Both suites offers coffee service and refrigerators; the Wine Cellar Suite has a TV, queen bed, twin day bed and garden entrance while the Attic Suite has two double beds and views of the barns and wooded hillsides.

Guests are invited to try the player piano and play table games. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the brick patio under blooming wisteria, roses, and trailing vines. Stroll down aging bricks to a romantic Victorian gazebo overlooking meadows and surrounded by lush green lawns, white picket fences and flowering gardens an enchanting setting for a wedding. Visit the horses, goats, bunnies, and chickens.
