Minimum stay is 2 nights on weekends and during the period of June 15 through August. There is a 3-night minimum on some major holidays.

• Check-in: between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. (early check-in not possible, late arrival possible by prior arrangement). Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: A 1-night deposit secures your reservation for stays under 4 nights. For stays of 4 nights or more, a 2-night deposit is required. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted at time of making a reservation, or a personal check must be received within 7 days to secure that reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (14 days for stays or 4 or more nights) prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less $20.00 handling fee per room reserved ($40.00 for stays of 4 or more nights). With less than 7 (or 14) days' notice, refund, less handling fee, is made only if room is subsequently re-rented. If the room is not re-rented, the full deposit will be kept.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
• Breakfast: Full.
• Recreation & Activities: Golf (3 courses within 30-minute drive), ocean and river fishing and boating, beachcombing, kayaking, river rafting, hiking, biking, and surfing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Trinidad Coastline, ocean, Redwood National Park, Prairie Creek State Redwoods Park, Patrick's Point State Park headlands trails, Old Town Eureka, Arcata, and Humboldt State University.
