The Manor Guest House located in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia, was built in 1902.

It is a true Edwardian heritage house, consisting of nine bedrooms, five with private bath and four with shared bath. In addition there is a self-contained penthouse suite with its own kitchen, bathroom, loft, a deck and glass wall which allows for a truly spectacular view of the city. The house has been completely updated so that it retains all the old charm you would expect of a house of this vintage. Ten-foot ceilings, huge rooms, wainscotting, hardwood floors, carved bannisters, and spacious hallways speak of its heritage, while at the same time providing all the modern conveniences you would expect.

In addition to the main kitchen where guests have their breakfast, there is also a smaller kitchen for the guests' use. Here, you can chill wine or make a cup of tea or a late night snack. You are also invited to enjoy the charming parlor and adjoining music rooms where there is a wonderful old piano, as well as the big landscaped decks and garden off the kitchen. For guests who are in Vancouver on business, the convenience of three phone lines and a fax line are available. Ample complimentary off-street parking is an added convenience. The Manor also offers free local phone calls and free Internet access.

The Manor is located just over the bridge from downtown, behind City Hall, in what is probably the best location in Vancouver.

Just five minutes away from downtown by car, The Manor is within walking distance to Granville Island, Queen Elizabeth Park, Chinatown and Gastown, and a block from a major bus route. The hub of wonderful ethnic restaurants and shopping is just four blocks away on Broadway.
