White Tobleronemousse

Ingredients

300 grams white Toblerone

2 eggs

4 Deciliters whipping cream

Cut Toblerone in little pieces, put them in a bowl, and melt in a waterbath. Put in pan with water on the stove. Warm it up (not too hot). Put the bowl with the chocolate in the water on the stove until chocolate is melted. Stir the eggs when you add them to the chocolate. Mix very well. Whip the cream, mix it carefully under chocolate. Leave it for 2 to 3 hours in the refrigerator. Eventually serve it with fruit sauce and cream.
