• Payment: Reservations require a 25% deposit. Deposit can be made by Master Card, VISA, or cheque. Deposits are non-refundable. We will, however, transfer the deposit to another stay in the same year.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date for return of deposit. Cancellations received 90 days or less prior to scheduled arrival date will forfeit deposit.
• Restrictions: Children welcome - Kids must be 6 years of age to ride. Proof of age is required for all kids under 8 years. Riding boots required or a boot with smooth sole and heel. All guests will be required to sign a Release of Liability before being involved in any ranch activities. The ranch reserves the right to limit availability of activities due to weight, age or anything which may affect physical abilities. If you are in question, contact the office before your trip and we will be happy to go over our activities with you. Anyone wishing to golf or do off-ranch sight-seeing will require their own source of transportation.
• Meals: Three ranch meals per day included. Weekly breakfast rides with camp fire breakfast.
• Ranch Activities Included in rates: Guided horseback riding every morning and afternoon (Monday - Friday). Kids horse program in the summer months. Guided hikes & mapped hiking trails, mountain biking, & tennis. Indoor heated swimming pool & hot tub, Fly fishing equipment - fishing opens June 15th on the river. Evening entertainment - in the fall tends to be more social and relaxed such as campfires. Evening entertainment in the summer - such as volleyball games, wrangler deal fun casino, fire engine games and campfires. Guided River Float trips. Indoor heated swimming pool & hot tub
• Ranch Activities Options Not Included in rates: Guided fly fishing trips on the St. Mary’s River (Fishing is best mid July on). Massage by appointment at lodge. Clay pigeon shooting –at ranch. Local Golf – 5 major 18 hole courses within 20 minutes of the ranch. Private & semi-private riding lessons – ranch arena. Full service bar – Beer, wine list etc. If you're planning off ranch adventures you will need to rent a car.
