Open: All year. Accommodations: 74 rooms (23 of which are suites), each with private bath, and 2 houses. Most rooms have fireplaces and private patios. Rates: Rates are per night, vary by room type, and include room accommodations, the scheduled three meals a day, and all regularly scheduled ranch activities. Please inquire about multi-occupancy room rates for families. Rates do not include 7.5% tax and a 15% service charge (which covers all gratuities) and are subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit is $500.00 per room, payable by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 30 days in advance of scheduled arrival or deposit will be forfeited.
• Restrictions: No pets. Children are enthusiastically welcomed.
• Meals: All meals (breakfast menu and buffet, lunch buffet, and dinner) included in rate.

Available to private groups: Desert Jeep Rally/Scavenger Hunt, Foot Rodeo/Western Olympics, Western Carnival, and Old West Casino Night.
• Recreation & Activities: Tennis (5 courts) including one Omni artificial turf court which is lighted for nightplay, and a staff tennis pro to help you with your game. Swimming (indoor and outdoor heated pools) and a separate children's wading pool. Guided hiking, guided mountain biking, nature walks, other nature programs, fishing, basketball, volleyball, and supervised children's program. Golf nearby (not included in Ranch activities). A large Jacuzzi and men's and ladies' saunas provide the perfect way to relax after a long day in the saddle!
• Children's Program: Fully supervised program provides a fantastic ranch experience for kids ages 4 through 11! Kids who are 12 years old may opt in or out of the program. Divided into two age groups, 4- 6 (Buckaroos) and the 7 - 11 (Wrangler Kids). The younger ones do most of their riding in the arena, with our Counselors working with them to develop their riding proficiency toward going out on the trails. The Wrangler Kids will have a more active riding program geared to their mental and physical capabilities. This group has daily riding lessons and both beginning and advanced rides. Parents may ride with their kids if they wish. The program is very active, incorporating riding along with tennis, swimming, nature programs, games, arts and crafts, and other activities.
