White Stallion Ranch is a charming,
informal retreat nestled peacefully on 3,000 acres at the foot
of the ruggedly beautiful Tucson Mountains. The ranch's
location on the northern boundary of Saguaro National Park
shares two miles of fence with the park's perimeter. Three
generations of the True family have run the ranch since 1965,
making a definite difference that you will notice the moment
you arrive.
White Stallion Ranch informality is
perfectly blended with the comforts of a top resort. Most
guest accommodations offer a queen bed as well as a twin bed,
while deluxe suites feature a majestic king-sized bed. Each
room has the modern convenience of air conditioning and a
private bath, and suites offer the pleasure of a whirlpool tub
and a fireplace. Common areas are spacious and inviting,
giving you the opportunity to play pool, relax with a good
book, or simply observe the beautiful Arizona terrain and
wildlife. Every guest area provides a peaceful setting in a
traditional, welcoming atmosphere.
The newest addition to the ranch is a
2,600-square-foot meeting facility with a genuine 1800's
Western ambience and 21st-century communication system.
Mealtimes are anticipated events at White
Stallion, as the ranch is noted for its food. A varied and
excellent menu is available, with breakfast, lunch, and dinner
included in your rates. The ranch is happy to accommodate
special diets upon advance request. Hors d'oeuvres are served
during happy hour in the full bar, a popular gathering spot.
There are also many historic and
interesting places to see, all within easy driving distance of
White Stallion Ranch. Visit the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum,
Biosphere II, Casa Grande Ruins National Monument, or the
birdwatcher's paradise that is Madera Canyon. Kitt Peak
National Observatory is home of the world's largest solar
telescope. Nogales, Mexico has scores of curio and gift shops,
cantinas, and cafes. Another popular destination is
Tombstone, the "town too tough to die" and home of
the O.K. Corral. When you return home to the White Stallion
Ranch, relax in the comfort of the heated pool or indoor
redwood hot tub. |
Horseback riding is enjoyable and easy at
the White Stallion. Their experienced wranglers will match
individuals to a horse that is just the right fit for their
riding ability. If you would rather pet horses than ride them,
you can keep busy with an array of diverse recreation. Hiking,
tennis, basketball, recreation center, and billiards are all
available. The ranch offers guests the chance to see native
wildlife and learn about the unique desert environment in
their nature program.
The True family hopes they have the
opportunity to welcome you to White Stallion Ranch, where
friendliness, informality, fine food, and "True"
outdoor living in the Arizona sun exist in abundance. Just ask
the returning guests when you come visit! |
