• Check-in: between 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. or later by special arrangement (late check-in fee of $20.00). Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Payment: A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount, or the cost of 1 night's stay is required at booking (deposits placed by money order must be received within 1 week of making reservation). Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal and traveler's checks, money orders, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: If your plans change, cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to your initial scheduled arrival date, in which case we will be pleased to refund your deposit, less a $20.00 per room cancellation fee. No-shows and cancellations made within 7 days of your initial scheduled arrival date render the deposit non-refundable.
• Restrictions: Pets allowed in certain rooms with an additional $20.00 charge. Children 14 and over welcome. Smoking allowed outside only.
• Breakfast: Full big country breakfast.
• Special Events at Inn: Weddings, receptions, and conferences.
• Recreation & Activities: Hiking, biking, antiquing, and sightseeing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Gift shop at Inn. Jerome State Historical Park and Museum, Verde Valley Railroad, Mingus Mountain Recreation Area, and the Verde River. Inn overlooks Red Rocks of Sedona.
• Directions: From Phoenix: Take I-17 north to Camp Verde. From there, take State Highway 260 West to Cottonwood, where you'll turn left on State Highway 89-A. Keep an eye out for signs pointing the way to Prescott/Jerome and proceed towards Clarkdale and on up the hill to Jerome. Once in town, you'll see our sign on the left just before you enter the main commercial district. Parking is on street, either along the curve immediately in front of the house or in the gravel beside the road as you approach.
  From Sedona: Take State Highway 89-A South to Cottonwood. Proceed through Cottonwood, staying on the 89-A and heading towards Prescott/Jerome. See above for the rest of the drive and parking.
  From Prescott: Take state Highway 89 North to the 89-A junction (about 5 miles out of town). Take 89-A over Mingus Mountain, and proceed through Jerome until you see us in the right (just after the main commercial district). See above for parking.
