• Payment: A deposit of one night's stay is required to secure reservation. A $25.00 non-refundable booking fee will apply towards your stay. On Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year, one night will be charged at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 1 month (30 days) prior to scheduled arrival. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and cash are accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date with receive refund of deposit less a $25.00 per cottage cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive refund of deposit less a $25.00 cancellation only if reserved cottages are re-rented for the full reserved time period. Otherwise, you will be responsible for full amount of all vacant nights. During Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years, a 1 night deposit is required at booking and cancellation notice is at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
• Restrictions: No pets. No smoking.
