Open: All year. Accommodations: Cabins (sleeping 2), casitas/suites (sleeping up to 5), and a Deluxe Casitas/suite (sleeping up to 3), each with private bath. Rates: All rates are calculated per person. Daily rates include accommodations, all meals, riding, ranch activities, and daily maid services. Weekly and monthly rates available. Rate on date of arrival applies to entire reservation. Rates do not include tax or gratuity and are subject to change without notice. Minimum stay: is 3 nights (can arrive any day of the week).

  Cattle Round-up: $50 per person, per day of Round-Up, in addition to daily rate.

  Pack Trips: $100 per person, per night out, $300 minimum fee, in addition to daily rate.

• Payment: For confirmation, 30% deposit of the total amount is required at the time of reservation. We accept checks drawn in US dollars, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Your credit card will be processed for the deposit amount only.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit, less a $100.00 handling fee. Cancellation with less than 90 days' notice results in loss of deposit. A trip insurance policy with Travelers' Insurance Company is available at minimal rates.
• Check-out: 2:00 p.m.
• Restrictions: All guests must be at least 12 years of age. There is a weight limit of 230 pounds for riders. If you weigh over 230 pounds you may ride only if suitable horses are available, and may be restricted to flat country and/or walking rides only.
• Meals: 3 full meals (cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets) included in rates.
• Ranch Programs: Horseback riding, trail rides, group and private lessons, cattle round-ups, Cow Camp, Senior Week, Step into History Week, Rockbuster week, Rodeo week, Pack trips, Mini Horse camp, and Horse Camp.
• Recreation & Activities: Horseback riding, swimming pool, hot tub, and game room on site. Target archery and single action shooting. Nearby hiking, birdwatching, star gazing, and sightseeing.
• Attractions & Special Events: Tombstone, Bisbee, Chiricahua Monument, and Fort Bowie.
• Arrival Locations: Guests should arrive at Tucson International Airport and we strongly suggest car rental. Driving time to the ranch from the airport is 90 minutes.
  Round trip transport to the ranch from Tucson Airport is $230.00 between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm.
  Round trip transport to the ranch from Tucson Airport is $250.00 before for 8:00 am and after 9:00 pm.
• Directions: From Tucson or Wilcox: We are approximately 80 miles southeast of Tucson, or approximately 35 miles southwest of Wilcox. From Interstate 10, take exit 318 (Dragoon Road). This road dead-ends on Route 191 South. Turn south (right) and go to Sunsites. (Coming from the east, take exit 331 west of Wilcox and go to Sunsites. At the south end of Sunsites, take Treasure Road to the west (right), and follow the signs to the ranch.
  From Phoenix and Tucson Airports: There is a shuttle service from the Phoenix Airport (approximately 3-1/2 hours northwest) to a designated location in Tucson.
