• Payment: Reservation is held with a credit card guarantee or 50% of stay by personal check. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal and travelers' checks, and cash accepted for payment.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 10 days prior to your reservation date unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation, in which case a full refund, less a $25.00 processing fee, will be made. No refunds are available for early departures or no-shows.
• Restrictions: No smoking (outdoor smoking areas provided). Children welcome, please call for details. Pre-approved pets (dogs only up to 50 pounds) allowed in the Carriage House or the Anniversary Suite. There is a $20.00 per day charge for the pet. We only allow one guest with a pet on the premises at any given time. Therefore prior approval must be obtained.
