Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

1 can of crescent rolls (not cooked)

1/2 pound sausage

8 eggs

1/4 cup milk

1-1/2 cups frozen hash browns

2 Tablespoons diced red/green peppers

1 Tablespoon diced onions

1 cup shredded cheese

In an 8-inch greased pie plate, make a crust out of the crescent rolls. Brown and drain sausage. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and milk; whisk well. Sprinkle the hash browns, along with the peppers and onions, on top of the crust. Spread the sausage on top of the hash browns. Pour in the egg and milk mixture. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Top with more grated cheese, if desired. Slice into wedges and serve.

Try this recipe with ham, mushrooms, bacon, or other favorites. You can prepare this the night before, refrigerate, and then bake the following morning.
