• Payment: Advance deposit covering first night's room and tax required by personal check or money order. Every effort will be made to assign your accommodations as requested. Occasionally, conditions beyond our control may require adjustments in location and rate.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance of scheduled arrival date for refund.
• Restrictions: Not suitable for children. No pets. All Suites are non-smoking.
• Breakfast: Continental breakfast of homemade muffins, sliced fresh fruits, coffee, and orange juice served on a butler's tray to each suite.
• Special Events at Inn: Catering to couples on romantic getaways, honeymoons, and anniversaries.
• Recreation & Activities: Bath house on premises. Massage, mineral bath, clay mask facial, eucalyptus steam treatment available; "The Works" is $63.00. Tennis, swimming, golf, hiking, biking, fishing, and float trips nearby. 2 lakes within 20-minute drive.
• Attractions & Special Events: Nestled in the heart of the Ozark mountains, Eureka Springs hosts many festivals. The entire downtown area is on the National Register of Historic Places.

• Directions: The Palace Hotel and Bath House is located on Spring Street in the heart of historic downtown Eureka Springs. From Fayetteville, take 45 North to 12 East, then 23 North. Follow 23 North until you arrive at the interchange for Spring Street, a 45-minute scenic delight. The Palace is on 135 Spring Street.
