Rose Hall's Best Cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 cup brown sugar

1 egg

1 cup oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

3-1/2 cups flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

1 cup oats

1/2 cup pecans

1 cup crushed corn flakes

1 cup light raisins

1/2 cup coconut

Cream together butter, sugar, and oil; add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients of flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix in oats, pecans, raisins, corn flakes, and coconut. Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
