• Accommodations: Elegant Victorian Jacuzzi Suites and 2 individual historic cottages with outdoor hot tubs, fireplaces, complimentary Champagne or white wine, and delivered breakfasts. Cliff Cottage and Artist's Cottage Suites all have king-size beds; the 2 suites in The Place Next Door have queen-size beds, as does the individual cottage (Oscar Wilde). Zelda's studio has king bed.
• Rates: B&B Suites: $149.00 to $230.00, plus tax. Oscar Wilde and Zelda Vacation Rentals: $1500.00 per week, plus tax. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: One night's deposit required. Personal checks accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival date for refund of deposit less $20.00 cancellation fee. With less notice, 1-night deposit is forfeited.
• Restrictions: No pets. Children 10 and older welcome. Smoking permitted outdoors at some suites. Suites and cottage accommodate 2 adults only (the 2 suites in historic Cliff Cottage have a connecting door between, and 2 couples or a family with older children can reserve both suites -- that way, you can have Cliff Cottage all to yourselves!).
• Breakfast: A full-gourmet breakfast is delivered on a silver tray to suites, optional to cottage and studio.
• Recommended Speciality Recipes: My Southern Hemisphere Version of My Dad's German Apple Pancakes and Mushroom and Tarragon Souffle.
