• Rates: $149.00 to $179.00 double occupancy ($10.00 per extra person). Weekend and weekly entire house rental is available. Rates subject to change without notice.

• Payment: Deposit of 1st night's lodging is required in advance. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, and cash accepted. Deposit for whole house rental may be larger.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (3 weeks for major events such as May Fest and Fall Fest) prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation for whole house rental is 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date as all rooms are reserved and would need to be re-rented.
