• Rent the Whole Mansion: 3 bedrooms and one 2-room suite, 6 bathrooms, den / game room with pool table and 60 HDTV, fireplace, use of fully equipped kitchen. $1,500.00 for 2 nights plus cleaning fee. Call for weekly rates.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days (3 weeks for major events such as May Fest and Fall Fest) prior to scheduled arrival date. Cancellation for whole house rental is 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date as all rooms are reserved and would need to be re-rented.
• Restrictions: No smoking except on porches. No pets.
