• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice must be received at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid charge; thereafter, 1 night's charge will be assessed.
• Restrictions: No pets. Smoking is permitted outside. Children are very welcome.
• Breakfast: Full hot breakfast.
• Recommended Favorite Recipes: Treehouse Signature Sourdough Pancakes and Lowbush Cranberry Butter.

• Recreation & Activities: Hot tub and skiing/hiking trails on site. Birding, kayaking, and unparalleled hiking nearby. Fresh water fishing in streams and lakes for grayling and rainbow, salt water fishing for halibut, salmon (king, silver, red, and pink), cod, bass, etc. Cross-country skiing at Mile 12, Glacier Creek, and Iditarod Trail. Snowshoeing on trails around the bed and breakfast.
• Attractions & Special Events: Kenai Fjords/ Resurrection Bay tours, Exit Glacier, Chugach Mountains, Alaska Sea Life Center, flight seeing, and Seward Museum earthquake film. Ididaride sled dog demonstrations and rides, Polar Bear Jump (January), Seward Silver Salmon Derby (August), and Fourth of July Mount Marathon Race.
