• Payment: A reservation deposit of the first nights charge or 50% of the total booking, if the stay is more than one night, is required when the reservation is made. Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, Cashiers Checks, and cash accepted.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date to receive refund of deposit. This requirement will be waved when the cancellation is due to an immediate Family emergency or uncontrollable circumstances due to weather or travel conditions. Proof may be required. In all cancellation cases a $50.00 processing fee will be retained from the deposit.
• Check-in: 3:00 p.m. Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
• Restrictions: No smoking indoors. Pets accepted with prior approval only and additional fee. Call regarding children.

• Directions: The Inn is 2.3 miles North of the airport and ferry terminals. Turn left and head north when you leave the terminals. If you turn right you will go into town. We are about 1/2 mile past the stop light at the Wall-Mart turn off (Don King Rd.). The house is gray with red trim and is three houses before the car wash, on the waterside. If you pass the car wash you have gone too far. The Inn has plenty of free off street parking on site and additional parking for RV's, boats and boat trailers near by. If you do not have a car we are on the city bus route and cabs are readily available.
